Cempour is a new concrete commercial construction company based in St. Paul. We do smaller commercial jobs such as sidewalks, curb, gutter, ped ramps, foundations, floors, etc.
We are looking for a Concrete Operations Manager to oversee the entire operation. You will manage the scheduling for the three crews, bid jobs, purchase material, help with creating invoices and assisting in developing new business. Someone with experience developing new business will be a huge plus
You need at least 20 years experience running/managing/bidding concrete pouring/finishing crews or a mid-size concrete company. We run dry-mix trucks so someone with experience running/operating a dry-mix concrete truck would be a big benefit to the company.
This is a salaried position, based on your level of experience, years of work and contacts in the concrete world. The job is FT, year-round and permanent.
