We are a leading union commercial painting contractor seeking experienced Commercial Painters to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, skilled in a variety of painting and finishing techniques, and looking to work on high-profile projects, this opportunity is for you. Our projects include large commercial buildings, office complexes, retail spaces, medical spaces and more. We specialize in interior and exterior painting, wood finishes, commercial wall coverings, floor coatings and taping drywall. Experience as a commercial/residential painter preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, prime, and prepare surfaces for painting (including drywall, wood, metal, and masonry).
Painting & Coating: Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Drywall Taping & Finishing: Patch, tape, and sand drywall seams to ensure smooth, finished surfaces.
Wood Finishing: Apply various stains and finishes to wood surfaces, ensuring an even, professional look.
Commercial Wall Covering Installation: Measure, cut, and install hand-applied commercial wall coverings such as vinyl, fabric, or other specialty materials.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets project specifications and high-quality standards.
Safety: Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Pay range $27.42- $34.28 Depending on experience, full medical insurance, pension, and you own annuity if you wish to contribute to. Apprenticeship programs available if you have no experience at a lower pay rate
