Experienced Maint Tech/Handyman Wanted

Looking for a Part-time Handyman or Maintenance Tech for a privately owned 64-unit property. Must have prior and thorough experience; knowledge of General maintenance, specifically in apartments/condos (preferred). Perfect for a retired person or someone wanting a flexible 2nd job. Must be available for turns at the beginning and end of each month- no painting involved. Typical work week will be 10hrs weekly of general maintenance to include Tenant, Building and Property needs. Must be available to respond to emergencies as needed. Must live in the Rochester area but not required to live on site. Compensation is 10hrs weekly @ $30 per hour. In addition to general maintenance: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Appliance knowledge/experience is strongly preferred.
