Part time help needed, flexible

Hi,I would like to find someone that just wants a part time job during the hours of 3pm to 6pm Tuesday - Friday and some saturday afternoons if you are available. I'm a home owner and apartment landlord. For the last two years I have been working through some health stuff that is getting better but I still get winded easily and can't do what I used to. I'm near retirement and my career has been in aviation, farming and apartments. I'm getting behind on some jobs that my house and apartments need done. The work is not hard labor, mostly just clean up, fix up, some packaging and mailing and unfinished projects. You dont have to be skilled as I know how to do these jobs and just need someone to assist. Some jobs I can teach you to do if you dont know how. You would need transportation (I live on the outskirts of NW Rochester) and ideally no smoking. $20 cash /hr. I'm thinking this work may be suited for male or female, retired or still in high school and someone that likes a variety of work and others. My wife or I will respond quickly to your reply.
