Handyman/Property Caretaker Needed (Part -Time)

Seeking a reliable and skilled individual to provide property maintenance and improvement services for residential properties, Tepeeota area, Wabasha. This is a stable, long term, part time position with flexible hours. Responsibilities include tree/shrub pruning, minor repairs and property maintenance and upkeep. Requirements include experience in repairs and maintenance, the ability to work independently, display effective time management skills, along with good communication and problem-solving abilities. Tasks may involve lifting, bending, and ladder work. It is preferred that you have your own tools to use. $35/hour.
