St. James Hotel-Housekeeping/Public Space Cleaning Attendant Full-time

We’re looking for a dedicated and friendly Public Space Cleaning Attendant to help maintain a positive image of our property by delivering excellent cleanliness and guest service. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our guests enjoy a welcoming, comfortable, and immaculate stay.Responsibilities:Clean guest rooms and public areas, including windows, doors, floors, fixtures, and furniture, according to standard procedures.Restock amenities, supplies, and linens in guest rooms and bathrooms.Maintain and organize cleaning carts and supplies.Inspect and report any needed repairs (e.g., light bulb replacement, fixture issues).Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items.Perform floor care, vacuum carpets, and assist with deep cleaning projects.Respond promptly and kindly to guest requests and inquiries about hotel features and local attractions.Assist with seasonal cleaning duties, such as steam cleaning carpets and "super cleaning" as required.Support the hotel's reputation by taking ownership of tasks and exploring new ways to enhance the guest experience.
