We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to provide superior service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.Responsibilities:Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and serve food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) with professionalism and warmth.Dispense appropriate levels of alcohol and prepare drinks according to recipes and hotel standards.Adhere to all hotel, local, state, and federal regulations to ensure safe and proper food and alcohol service.Maintain full knowledge of all food, cocktail, wine, and beer offerings to assist guests effectively.Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire restaurant.Properly use all equipment and adhere to cost controls to minimize expenses and waste.Work as a team player, contributing to the success of the bar, restaurant, and events.Accurately handle cash and reconcile bartender financials at the end of the shift.Collaborate with other departments to provide efficient and timely services.
