Brand Marketing Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the execution of the brand and product marketing initiatives across the Red Wing Portfolio (Work, Heritage, B2B Industrial, Irish Setter).  This role will be responsible for bringing tactics to life across multiple marketing channels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and maximizing the impact of marketing campaigns.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and measure brand and product marketing campaigns that support overall business objectives.Build and maintain the annual marketing calendar based on the defined strategic annual brand plans.Support project planning meetings to keep the broader cross-functional team informed of project status and changes in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure that affected cross-functional teams are involved and informed at the right time throughout the project process, in partnership with the Marketing Operations team.Collaborate cross-functionally to efficiently utilize organizational capabilities and maximize marketing impact.  Work closely with teams such as .com, operations, product creation, and marketing (creative, media, etc.) to execute integrated marketing campaigns.Support internal partners and external agencies in the creation and delivery of marketing assets, including but not limited to social media and email marketing campaigns, videos, web/digital tools, and other brand and product marketing efforts.Collect project data, hindsight information, and competitive analysis across marketing channels to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing initiatives, improving return on investment.Process marketing vendor invoices and track expenditures against the annual brand budgets.
