In this role, you will ensure that sensory panels are thoughtfully designed, are executed in a timely manner, and results are analyzed and communicated to the team.Key Accountabilities
Manage, design and conduct sensory and consumer panels for various Cargill businesses focusing on the McD business.
Support the development of new and alternative methods in sensory and consumer research.
Analyze data and deliver reports on sensory projects using EyeQuestion software.
Support sensory screener and questionnaire creation, panel recruitment and panel execution.
Provide technical advice and guidance to others within specialty.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Bachelor’s degree in the field of sensory and consumer science, consumer psychology or equivalent experience
Demonstrated working knowledge of scientific research and analytics
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Project management experience
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
