As an Experienced Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations in Plymouth, Minnesota. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the highest level of product quality. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the efficiency and success of our manufacturing processes. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Supervisor and you'll work out of our Plymouth, Minnesota location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our products. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs
Conduct quality checks to ensure product meets specifications
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
Continuously improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or similar role
Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing equipment
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
