Pay is based on experience and certifications ranging from $30-$45 per hour.Minimum Qualifications

Currently active in a fire department

At least 4 years of experience as a firefighter

Fire service certification from Minnesota Fire Service Certification Board:

Firefighter I

Firefighter II

Hazmat

Currently certified or willing to obtain the following certification from MFSCB:

Instructor I

Preferred Qualification

Currently certified or willing to obtain the following certification from MFSCB

Officer I

Live Burn Instructor
