About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Transportation Supervisor to oversee daily transportation operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and can build strong relationships with drivers, schools, and internal teams.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
Location: Fridley Terminal
Schedule: Flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support drivers while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Manage daily routes, optimize efficiency, and address coverage issues as they arise.
Serve as the primary contact for schools, resolving concerns and ensuring top-tier service.
Work closely with dispatch, safety, and fleet teams to maintain smooth operations.
Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, and incidents.
Maintain accurate administrative records and streamline operational processes.

Qualifications:
3+ years of supervisory experience in school bus transportation or a related field.
Knowledge of DOT and state regulations.
Proficiency with routing software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office.
CDL with School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
