READ FIRST: I recommend this job to someone who has a decent amount of clients of their own but would like to stay busy in those off times during the spring-fall season. Splash Force is adding on neighborhood cleanings and would like to build a separate team to take care of these jobs. There will be weeks when there is no jobs available so that is why I recommended this for an individual that has there own clients but would like some extra work when offered. Expect 50-70 jobs from spring to fall.

Job Overview:
We are looking to hire 2 individuals to work for Splash Force as independent contractors this summer. Splash Force is starting to get involved in neighborhood window cleaning jobs and we’d like to build a separate team to take care of these jobs.
Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in the window cleaning industry
- Is able to to do interior and exterior window cleaning
- Comfortable on a ladder/roof
Compensation:
- Neighborhood group jobs: 45% of total job price ( Average job is around $230, cleaner would receive $103.5. Jobs usually take 2-2.5 hours with 2 people)
- If a job has 2 people on it, each cleaner would receive 22.5% of the job price.
- A bonus of $60 dollars will be given to each cleaner at the end of each week to cover equipment fees (squeegee rubber, soap/chemicals, gas, etc.) Must work a Minimum of 3 days a week to receive this bonus.
Must read:
This would be an independent contractor role. You’d be responsible for your own equipment and ladder. Splash Force will provide company polo to wear and also the special screen cleaner that we use to clean the screens.
Sometimes there may not be any work during the week. Splash Force will be in close contact with the cleaner to give notice of upcoming jobs.
From spring to fall, expect to have a total of 50-70 jobs.
