Job Opening: Subcontractor Electrician (Minnesota - 7 County Metro Area)

Our growing construction company is looking for a skilled and reliable subcontractor electrician to work on a variety of residential, commercial projects across the 7-county metro area of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Responsibilities:
Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across a range of projects in the 7-county metro area
Pull necessary permits for electrical work in compliance with local regulations
Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
Maintain clear and accurate records of work performed, including time logs and materials used
Manage your own tools, equipment, and transportation to and from job sites
Provide your own liability insurance and bonding (if applicable)
Work independently while collaborating with the project team to ensure timely and efficient project completion
Requirements:
Minnesota Electrician License (Journeyman or Master Electrician)
Proven experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical projects
Ability to pull permits for electrical work in the 7-county metro area
Sign newly required subcontractor agreement (to comply with 14 factor test)
Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to maintain your own liability insurance
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
A detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to safety on all jobs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A strong work ethic, with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure job completion and client satisfaction
