We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at YB Construction. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction management and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Hours 8-5, Mandatory 45hrs/week
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met
Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
Manage project budgets and financials, including tracking expenses and managing change orders
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including onsite staff and subcontractors
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial construction project management
Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
