Job summary
Work with other paint technicians daily on various painting projects. Keep jobsites neat, clean and orderly on a daily basis. Performs warranty work and touch ups as needed. Reports progress daily to lead technician. Documents and tracks time spent on jobs. Perform preparation and application of paint, enamel, varnish, and lacquer. Cleans and maintains equipment and company vehicles.

Keep jobsites neat, clean, and orderly on a daily basis.
Understands and accepts responsibility to perform assigned tasks, able to accept delegation.
Cleans and maintains company vehicle and all equipment associated with paint division.
Work with other paint technicians daily on various painting projects.
Minimum requirements
Requires a minimum of 3 years painting experience. Requires knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in the trade. Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to solve problems. Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Must accept delegation and carry out thoroughly.
Abilities required
Requires the ability to sustain repetitive motion. Majority of work is completed while standing. Must have the ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs without assistance and to push and pull up to 100 lbs with appropriate equipment. Requires substantial demands on these physical requirements throughout the work shift.
