We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in maintaining a mid-sized apartment building.
Job Responsibilities include:
General property maintenance and repairs
Apartment turnovers between tenants
Perform general repairs in occupied and vacant units
Basic plumbing and electrical work
Drywall repair and patching
Prefer candidate with:
Maintenance technician, handyman or construction experience
Experience in troubleshooting and repair of common household issues
Strong work initiative
Ability to work independently
Positive attitude
