We're searching for a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Epoxy Installers to join our growing crew. If you have a passion for quality craftsmanship and a proven track record of success, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertly prepare surfaces for epoxy application
Install a variety of epoxy systems, including flake, quartz, and metallic floors
MUST have experience installing Cove Base
Operate and maintain specialized epoxy equipment
Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a journeyman epoxy installer
Proficiency in all aspects of epoxy flooring, including surface prep and coating application
Demonstrated expertise in Cove Base installation is non-negotiable
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Show up on time, have a great attitude, and a strong work ethic.
