```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to concrete finishing and installation. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for concrete placement by setting forms, ensuring proper alignment, and applying release agents
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete using hand tools and power equipment
- Finish concrete surfaces using trowels, brushes, or other tools to achieve desired texture and appearance
- Apply curing compounds or sealants to protect finished surfaces
- Repair damaged or deteriorated concrete structures
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials
- Experience in trim carpentry, drywall, and caulking is preferred
- Proficient in concrete forming and pouring techniques
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and construction plans
- Skilled in using hand tools for installation and repair work
- Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
