The Wellness Center in Nokomis neighborhood is looking for an energetic, personable and professional individual to serve as a Wellness Guide.
This is a customer service position with the following responsibilities:
Creating an inviting experience for our massage and float tank clients when they arrive
Answering phones, providing helpful knowledge connecting clients with services
Scheduling appointments and collecting payments on our software system - Meevo
Informing clients at check-out about products, savings on membership and package sales
Daily cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and common areas
Daily laundry
Providing float tank clients with service orientation and after-service sales, followed with cleaning area between sessions
Problem solve transaction items
Reasonable sales goals are expected
Stairs are involved, physical abilities required
If you have an interest in massage, the float pod and wellness products, would enjoy a sociable position meeting people and engaging with happy clients when they complete a service; then this position may be the right fit for you.
Job requirements: client service experience in a public setting, inside sales, ability to use computer point of sale tools (MEEVO knowledge helpful), Word and Excel (light use).
Hours: approx. 10-15, some evenings and weekends; flexibility to cover other shifts for vacations or illness
