- Our client is in need of a Resource Manager to assist project managers with human resources planning and staff allocation.
- They will determine the company's capacity to meet the staffing requirement of projects, assign personnel to projects, and hire new employees.
- Ability to vet candidates for cultural, personality & technical/skills fit. (So having worked as a Software Engineer, PM, PgM and QA is very helpful).
- Recruiting/hiring experience. (reviewing resumes, pre-screening and interviewing candidates).
- MS products (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Teams)
- Calendar coordination and scheduling interviews.
- Works well with others (gains the trust of hiring managers across disciplines).
- Weekly reporting
- Misc. onboarding tasks
- Super organized with the ability to multi-task and task switch quickly.
- Great communication, both written and verbal.
