We're looking for one or two additional experienced storm restoration sales professionals. I am Looking for individuals who know this industry and are looking for a potentially better opportunity.
As the owner, I have been in the storm restoration industry for over 26 years and the team we have built has a system that is unique, strategic, and highly profitable.

AN OPEN BOOK POLICY ON ALL COSTS ON ALL JOBS
LEADS: It is expected of each account manager to market yourself, canvas, & attain customers on your own, but we make every attempt to bring in as many leads as a company and share them as evenly as possible.
IN HOUSE SUPPLEMENTING: 25+ years of experience & a quadruple redundancy system for supplements to attain much higher gross profit than most in the industry which accounts for higher commissions for you!)
FULL COMPANY HELP AND SUPPORT ON PARTIAL APPROVALS: Our team has considerable history, knowledge, and experience in insurance claims that begin as a repair only, or partial approval and to bring them to full approval. We spend considerable time and effort on learning the codes and product knowledge that help us greatly increase the number of full approvals we attain.
STEEP AND TALL ASSISTANCE: You will have access to a licensed adjuster that will climb steep & Tall roofs for you, (OVER 8/12), and will perform a full photograph and adjuster report if needed to send it to an Insurance Company for a reinspect. We also have two drones available for your use should you need them.
BONUSES: Bonuses for $500k, $750k, and $1Million in approved sales
