Job Title: General Manager – Multi-Store Operations (Minneapolis Area)

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee operations at four of our stores in the Minneapolis area. This leadership role is key to ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of all locations while fostering an exceptional employee culture and delivering a top-tier customer experience.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, sales performance, and ensuring our locations run efficiently. You will also play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment while ensuring customers receive outstanding service every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and staff across four locations. Create an environment where employees feel supported, valued, and motivated to perform at their best.

Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring that each store meets or exceeds performance targets. Oversee inventory management, scheduling, and adherence to operational procedures.

Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience across all stores. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.

Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to store managers and employees to enhance skills, improve performance, and support career growth.

Budgeting & Financial Management: Monitor store budgets, sales targets, and expenses to achieve financial objectives. Ensure effective use of resources and implement cost-control measures when necessary.

Culture Building: Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values. Foster teamwork, communication, and collaboration across all locations.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

management experience, preferably in retail or service based stores (or an amazing attitude and we can train).

Proven track record in leading teams, driving performance, and improving customer satisfaction.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple locations and tasks simultaneously.

Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and meeting sales goals.

A passion for creating a positive, motivated, and productive work environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
