Martin Patrick 3 has an opening for an experienced career Stylist to continue our growth in lifestyle categories. Our goal is to expand our multi-brand selections and provide the best assortment for both Men and Women in the Twin Cities.
We are seeking an outgoing and dynamic individual with exceptional customer service skills and an appreciation and understanding of Women’s and Men’s apparel and accessories. Candidate must be self-motivated, hardworking/high energy and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times.
Requirements:
Ability to sell both Women’s and Men’s apparel and merchandise
Prior retail sales experience in a high-end luxury or specialty retail store.
Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Candidates must have the availability to work a full-time schedule, inclusive of evenings, weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication skills to be utilized with retail associates, corporate personnel and clientele.
Passion, knowledge and understanding of luxury merchandise, fitting techniques and current fashion trends.
Knowledge and understanding of sales operations.
Drive to meet and exceed sales and performance expectations.
Ability to cultivate and establish a clientele base and maintain clientele contact.
Ability to identify desired trends and advise clients about prevailing styles.
Enjoy connecting with clients and demonstrating an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Providing the highest level of customer service standards while maintaining a professional demeanor and personal presentation at all times.
We offer base salary of $53,000, plus 9% commission on sales over breakpoint. After $1,000,000 10% commission on all sales, 401k plan + 3% employer contribution, long & short term disability, health care reimbursement, PTO 2-3 weeks, life insurance policy, monthly parking $165, $2,000 annual clothing allowance, discounts on all merchandise, and future growth and development.
