Position: Real Estate Transaction/Listing Coordinator

Location: Work from Home (One weekly meeting in SW Suburbs of Minneapolis)
Salary: $25-30/hr (based on experience), plus bonuses
Job Type: Full-time with Flexible Hours (3/4-time also available at applicant request)

We are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated, and fastidious individual to join our team as a Transaction & Listing Coordinator. Responsibilities:
Transaction Coordination
- Assemble and complete real estate documents.
- Follow compliance procedures and guidelines.
- Coordinate the signing and sharing of real estate documents.
- Manage checklists and calendars for each transaction to track important deadlines.
- Monitor transaction progress and provide accountability to team members.
- Build, implement, and manage systems for better efficiency within the role.
- Communicate regularly with clients, agents, lenders, closers, and inspectors.
- Serve as the main coordinator of ongoing transactions.
- Schedule inspections, estimates, walk throughs, and closings.
Listing Coordination
- Establish checklists and calendars for upcoming listings.
- Provide accountability and regular check-ins with agents regarding upcoming listings.
- Order staging consults, sign installers, printing projects, photographs, and other items as needed.
- Coordinate the completion and uploading of listing supplements and documents.
- Enter agent-provided listing data and marketing copy into NorthstarMLS and company website.
- Coordinate creation and delivery of various marketing items.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly articulate requirements and deadlines in a kind and professional tone.
- Attention to detail and willingness to go “above and beyond” for clients.
- Excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to tasks and deadlines.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Innate self-motivation and a knack for problem-solving.
- Interest in being held accountable and holding others accountable.
- Previous experience in real estate, mortgage, or title preferred.
- Applicable experience in a highly organizational and communication-based role strongly preferred.
