We are looking for an Administrator with a Can-Do Attitude who appreciates working on a team and is willing and ready to learn.
The responsibilities of the Administrator include:
Answering and routing phone calls
Taking parts orders and working in our ERP system to book orders and send order confirmations to customers
Communicating with our internal and external customers to help facilitate process and workflows
Understanding the latest programs including promotions
Working with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) HubSpot to add and update records, maintain the database for completeness, and accuracy for reporting
Helping with Trade Show and Event planning
Working with Operations to coordinate shipping, estimate ship dates and order changes
Supporting our Machine Sales and Customer Service Teams deliver great service to our customers
Other duties include: double checking orders, individual executive and administrative projects, preparing shipping logs, arranging/coordinating shipments. HubSpot administrative duties such as logging calls, sending emails, initiating email sequences and other sales and marketing assistance as needed.
This is a part-time position in the Blaine, MN area with regular business hours Wednesday-Friday. At our company, we offer an opportunity to grow with the business.
