We are searching for a candidate who is proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. Our Sales Agent will act as a point of contact for potential clients as well as present clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client.
To succeed in this position, the candidate should have exceptional communication, computer and problem-solving skills. This candidate should be outgoing, resourceful, goal-oriented, networking capabilities, organized with the ability to build rapport with the client.
This position works out of our North Branch office as well as our Isanti, MN location.
Sales Agent/Account Manager Job Duties:
Generate and promote new account development.
Market accounts to carriers for quotes, coverage and renewals.
Preparation of formal proposals
Manage and service your commercial lines book of business.
Communicate with the client to understand their insurance needs and maintain a strong working relationship with them.
Develop connections within the community to promote our business and to develop a strong network of potential clients.
Sales Agent/Account Manager Requirements:
Property/Casualty License (Minnesota)
1+ years of experience in Insurance Industry
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent active listening skills
Accurate product knowledge.
