1. Screen Printing Operator

Job Summary:

As a Screen Printing Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed apparel. You’ll work closely with the production team to ensure each job meets client specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate automatic and manual screen printing presses

Prepare screens and mix inks according to job specifications

Load garments, align prints, and monitor production

Perform quality checks and ensure consistency in printing

Clean and maintain equipment and work area

Meet production deadlines and maintain order accuracy

Qualifications:

Prior screen printing experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, punctual, and a team player

2. Embroidery Operator

Job Summary:

The Embroidery Operator will set up and operate embroidery machines to decorate apparel and accessories according to client specifications. You’ll be key to ensuring high-quality, custom-embroidered products.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Barudan)

Hoop garments and load them into machines accurately

Monitor production and make adjustments as needed

Trim threads and inspect finished products

Keep machines clean and properly maintained

Qualifications:

Previous embroidery experience is a plus, but not required

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and follow job orders precisely

3. Warehouse Laborer

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Laborer plays an essential role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise. This position supports production by ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments and verify contents

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately

Organize stock and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse space

Assist in inventory counts and reporting

Move materials and supplies as needed throughout the facility

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience is a bonus, but not necessary

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Strong organizational skills and reliability

Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
