Duties and Responsibilties
Perform repetitive tasks under a microscope by following detailed procedures in mass finishing and detail polishing to process components per specification
Follow Quality Documentation and guidelines
Perform general housekeeping as required to keep work area clean and safe
Participate and support Lean activities in department and company
Follow all Safety Policies and practices, attend required safety programs and wear personal protective equipment when required

High School Diploma or GED
Pass a criminal background check
Preferred Experience
6-12 months clean room assembly experience
Small parts assembly
Microscope experience
Suturing experience
