We have immediate need for a personal injury paralegal to join a one attorney law firm. The ideal candidate is organized, with great attention to detail. You are adept at multitasking, with strong communication skills, and the ability to deal with deadlines. You will directly interact with the attorney, clients, and various outside personnel.
Previous experience working for a personal injury law firm is important.
Paralegal Job Responsibilities:
Heavy typing, transcription and file control
Must possess knowledge of Word
Assists with the preparation, filing, and service of filings and pleadings
Organizes and manages documents
Coordinates the collection of medical records and bills
Coordinates the collection, review, and production of documents and responds to discovery requests
Must know how to maintain Quicken accounts for both operating and trust accounts
Knowledge of requesting and accessing medical records through MRO, ChartSwap, ClearPath, etc.
Office is located in Minnetonka, MN
Full Time hours, likely 9:00 to 5:00
