Baker Vicchiollo Law, Edina, MN, is seeking a full-time legal assistant for 32 hours per week, available to start on July 15, 2024. Firm is open to part-time employment depending on availability.
Baker Vicchiollo Law is a family, adoption, and estate legal practice located in the Collaborative Alliance Executive Suite, Edina, MN. The legal assistant will support three attorneys in collaboration with a full-time paralegal and the firm administrator. Duties include: managing client inquires, initiating communication with clients and other parties on behalf of attorneys, potential client screening, client on-boarding, drafting legal documents, filing documents with courts, preparing documents for hearings and meetings, scheduling and managing attorney calendars, document procurement and management, document archiving, database maintenance, and miscellaneous administrative tasks and duties.

Educational & experience:
Paralegal or Legal Assistant training program, or 1-3 years of direct law firm experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
