3 DAY WORK WEEK INTEREST YOU Experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech sought for smaller apartment buildings in the Twin Cities from North MPLS, North St. Paul to Farmington. Skills to include boilers, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, electric, drywall, grounds, snow, lock re-keying, and so on. We are seeking someone with 3 or more years of experience and experience in boilers. This is a fast paced customer caring organization; we put our work and our employees first. On call required 1 week every 3 months. This is a part time position. Full time is also available. Our office is in Eden Prairie. Background (BCA) check required.
