Sno-Mow Services is seeking to add a lawn crew member to our team for the 2025 season. This is a seasonal position with plowing in winter for the right individual that demonstrates the ability to work as a team, independently as needed, and follow a predetermined route.
Position Requirements:
- Verifiable 3 years experience
- Ability to operate stand-on mowers, weed whips, blowers efficiently and effectively.
- Drive to and from work daily (hitching a ride or rideshare will not be considered)
- Work as a team and jump in where needed (nobody is a mower queen)
- Work long hours especially during cleanups
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Assist in or perform maintenance of mowers including oil changes, blades, and leveling decks.
Plus if you:
- Have a current DOT card
- Ability to back trailers
- Landscaping experience
- Able to run a 2 man crew independently
- Hold a current pesticide license
