LAWN CARE/CREW LEAD

We are looking for experienced Crew Leads, Must have time management skills in leading 6 to 12 crew members, Demonstrate good communication skills & independent leadership skills, Dependable and on time, Training and mentorship skills, Must have knowledge in Operating commercial zero turn mowers, walk behind mowers, trimmers, edger's, etc. We are an established commercial / townhome property maintenance company in the St. Paul area. Must have Valed driver's license & be able to get a medical card for lawn crew lead positions. Full time position available with 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Health Insurance, 401K, $26.00 to $29.00 plus depending on experience. We are also looking for year around help with a salary program for the winter months
