Hello:
I am looking for some summer help at my home in Medina. Between work, 3 kids as a single Dad, and the many other projects on my plate, I need some dedicated support.
Projects may include:
-Weeding: (A lot of this at the moment) in large landscape areas with weeds and small tree saplings that need to be removed.
-General Handy Projects around the house.
-Garden: A large garden area (2,200 SF) dedicated to fruits, vegetable, etc. It's been too wet to till but once that's done I need assistance with planting and ongoing upkeep.
-Pets: We have a number of pets and are not on a farm. Dogs, Mini Horse, Alpacas, Chickens, etc. I could use general help with keeping them all watered/fed/etc.
- New plantings: Trees, shrubs, perennials. There is also an area on the bottom of the driveway that I'd like to turn into a large perennial garden.
- I need help moving things every now and than that require more than 1 person.
- Running errands to tractor supply or the home improvement store for needs.
- The list goes on so this would be ongoing work throughout the summer months.
- Additionally, if the weather doesn't permit, I'd like someone that could assist on the inside of the home such as watering plants, general cleaning, handy projects, etc.
- I have some upcoming work travel and assistance with checking the home, caring for plants, etc. would also be helpful.
Flexible hours (you can set your own), part-time, and payment weekly by cash, venmo, zelle, or cashapp.
Hourly rate to-be-negotiated
Must have reliable transportation to Medina (just west of Plymouth)
Experience and interest in these sort of things is a must
I do not want to micro-manage anyone so need to be a self-starter and simply a matter of working together to define the various project needs and then the ability to get it done. Spend an hour in the hammock in the woods - doesn't matter to me - assuming things get done.
The property is 5.5 acres with some of this being heavily wooded. I'd love to also build my kids a treehouse this summer and trails throughout the woods so assistance with this would also be helpful.
