We need a person with a strong back, and an eagerness to learn the crushing industry. Intex is a family owned business that started in 1979 and currently operates six mobile crushing spreads that crush recycled concrete and asphalt and virgin aggregates throughout Minnesota, eastern South Dakota and eastern North Dakota. Yes, there is some travel involved.
We are looking for someone to join our Minnesota crew. The majority of the work would be in the 7 county metro area.
The work is outdoors, rain or shine. Duties include picking debris off of a moving conveyor, helping maintain equipment, job site cleanup, and helping move equipment.
Summer, 55 - 60 hours per week, Monday through Mid-day Friday (April - November. Winter options include, 40 - 50 hours per week in the field or shop or winter layoff.
Starting at $27 per hour plus health insurance and 401k, with scheduled rate increases. $70,0000 - $85,000 annual starting wage, depending on the layoff time you choose to take off.
Opportunities for advancement including becoming a heavy equipment operator. A pre-employment drug screen will be performed and must be passed.
