Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our field crew. No prior flooring experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Ideal candidates are dependable, eager to learn, and take pride in delivering top-notch
Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment such as 900-pound concrete grinders
Utilize hand tools, including grinders, saws, and jackhammers
Mix and apply concrete repair patches
Clean, seal, and polish various flooring surfaces
Prepare and install coatings like epoxy and urethane
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
