ACA Compliance Project Manager

We are assisting with a customer who is currently based in Duluth, MN - but will be relocating to the metro area in 2021 and they are wanting to add an ACA Compliance Project Manager to their team! This contract-to-hire role requires an individual who has a vast knowledge in ACA Compliance with an emphasis in payroll reporting. This role will be remote to start, with rare commutes to Duluth until relocation occurs.Hours: Regular Business SchedulePay Rate: $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experienceJob Duties Include:Working with prospective and existing clients regarding their requirements with the Affordable Care ActOnboard clients to configure software specific to employee base regarding ACA StrategyDrive and move projects forwardProvide guidance and direction for project lifecycle, ensuring investors are kept updatedProvide customers with direction and adviceDevelop, document and communicate project plans/requirementsIdentify opportunities for process and operational improvementOther duties assignedJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience1-3 years in project managementHighly preferred experience in SaaS setting with prior experiencePrevious experience and high level knowledge overview of ACA regulations mandatoryAbility to meet client requirementsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
