We’re hiring a full-time Product Information Specialist to serve as a critical link between our innovative medical technology and the physicians, nurses, and patients who will rely on it.
What You'll Do
Communicate clearly and professionally with physicians, nurses, and patients.
Explain product features, insurance coverage, and documentation requirements (LCD).
Respond promptly to calls and emails with accurate, helpful information.
Join and coordinate virtual meetings and product demos.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions and share feedback.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Responsive, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or customer service (preferred)
