PCA 22.00/hour young adult male needing recreational support

PCA wanted for young 17 year old male with cognitive disabilities. Encouraging social engagement and outside recreation with mileage reimbursement in local area recreation is the support need. Young male learning support needed in social communications and general usage of a personal cell phone as appropriate to safety needs, exercising flexibility needs, support for new and different task requests, and social communication in general. Re-direction needed for social isolation tendencies and self-advocacy with kindness.
