We are a thriving dental practice in St Paul. And we are in search of the right individual to join our team. We are looking for a full-time dental hygienist, offering the hours of:

Job Responsibilities
Develop into an outstanding team member through effective training and communication
Work with the team to develop and ensure outstanding customer service and patient relationships
Take a complete health hx
Take any necessary x-rays (BW, FMX, Pan, CBCT)
Assess periodontal status
Work with the doctors to establish appropriate treatment plans to enable the patient to improve their oral health
Provide exceptional patient education so that the client understands their current state of health, and how our services will benefit them
Provide thorough, gentle, and timely dental hygiene therapy
Educate your clients on homecare strategies, techniques, and products
Thoroughly and accurately document all patient encounters
Reappoint your clients for their next recall visit
Sterilize instruments and treatment room
Stock instruments and supplies
Assist the recall coordinator in reactivating lost patients
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Education
Positive and up-beat personality
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to operate within a high producing dental practice
Current MN dental hygiene license
Experience with OpenDental a plus
