Seeking full-time/40 hours per week, dynamic, highly organized, upbeat individual to help manage clinic staff and programs at an exceptionally busy, growing non-profit dedicated to improving the oral health of low-income children and pregnant women.
Job Tasks:
-Assist in daily management of 40 plus clinical employees including Dentists, Hygienists, and Registered and Unregistered Dental Assistants
-Coordinate, recruit, and supervise clinical externs
-Ensure clinic productivity by monitoring patient flow, handling concerns or complaints
-Assist in growth and development of human and clinical resources programming
-Serve as Radiation Safety Officer
-Assure safety, confidentiality and hygienic compliance with all relevant regulations
-Monitor and support credentialing and continuing education of clinicians
Desired qualifications:
-Child-centered team player
-Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
-Bilingual ability a plus
-Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other laws affecting health-related non-profits
-Writing skills to help with Grants and Compliance
-M.P.H. or other relevant Masters degree a plus
-Bachelors Degree or Dental Hygiene licensure strongly preferred
