801 Chophouse is opening downtown this fall! We are currently accepting resumes for hard-working, talented, and heat-hardened cooks. 801 Chophouse is a 100% scratch kitchen, specializing in USDA PRIME steaks, chops and roasts, along with a variety of fin fish and shellfish.

We are reopened after the pandemic, and are staffing up for increased volume and the holiday season!

We also have positions for culinary students (internship) or recent graduates (beginner).

Previous experience with upscale, high-volume scratch and a la carte menus.

High-volume SAUTE and DRAWER BROILER experience is preferred.

Available 7 days per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Ability to maintain quality standards while working under pressure.

Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

Ability to stand for long periods of time while being exposed to high-heat.
