Jensen’s food and cocktails in Eagan is hiring. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented line cook to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, precision, and attention to detail.
Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized station during prep and service.
Support the kitchen team in daily prep tasks, including ingredient preparation.
Always follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in an upscale kitchen.
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen operations.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for the restaurant industry.
