Brick x Mortar, a private social club and co-working space located downtown, seeks a part-time Concierge (hostess/host).
Primary Job Responsibilities include:
First and foremost: assisting members by pouring drinks, putting pizzas in the oven, and filling any requests for assistance they may have.
Restock items such as wine, beer, soda, snacks, etc so all member-facing amenities are full at all times.
Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks list for your scheduled day
Ensure space is in optimal condition at all times by wiping tables and other surfaces, light sweeping, etc. We have nightly cleaners but daytime maintenance is up to our staff.
Work weddings during the summer and other events throughout the year: this primarily includes disposing of used dishes/glassware, refilling paper towels and other supplies, taking out trash/recycling, and making sure the space looks its best throughout the event. Occasionally some light bartending (pouring wine, simple mixed drinks).

Available on both Friday and Saturday evenings. Ideally the occasional weeknight but this isn't a dealbreaker if you're only available on weekends.
Has a background in upscale hospitality.
This job is part-time, 2 nights per week. The average shift on Friday is 5-10, and the average shift on Saturday during the summer/fall is 3pm-12am, and 5-10 during the winter/spring.
Pay: $16/hr plus light tips and event bonuses (bonuses mostly during summer/fall).
