I have an open position for a cook at my restaurant. We are a small tight knit operation and I'm also a hands on owner and would be working the line with you on certain days. Days I have available are as follows: Thursday-Saturday from 1030am-4:30pm, a double on Sunday from 10:30am-8:30pm, and Monday from 3:30pm-9:30pm. I can be flexible on the schedule as long as it makes sense for everyone on staff, but that is ideally what Im looking for. Your pay is dependent on what you bring for the table. Im not looking for the most talented cook, more so a well rounded person who can show up and get s good amount of prep done while learning about ramen and the process. I also don't need someone with an ego, so you must be able to effectively communicate with my current staff and take direction. Easy right? With that being said, I still pay better then most restaurants in the area.
Tori Ramen is consistently rated the best in the Twin Cites, and one of the main things that separates us from the rest is that we use chicken stock as opposed to pork, but mostly because we make everything from scratch, and we do it really well.
