What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a full-time and part-time Barista/Cashier to provide excellent goods and service to the Minneapolis community.
Who You Are:
You are a customer relations professional. Ideally, you have a background in a quick-service establishment or coffee shop. You thrive in a fast paced environment, are detail-oriented and can successfully prioritize a range of duties and projects.

Reports to: Café Manager
Activities and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and courteous attitude
- Manages an organized, efficient work environment
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality
- Manage wait times and order taking of food and beverage items
- Provide customers with product knowledge, pleasant and efficient service
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of display, storage and work areas
- Equipment sanitation

Work Schedule:
Candidate must have a flexible schedule (i.e., on-call shifts, early mornings, weekends and some holidays) in addition to regular attendance.

Minimum requirements:
· High school degree or equivalent
· Barista experience preferred
· Customer service in a food or coffee establishment
Physical requirements:
· Able to read instructions
· Able to lift 35 lbs. and stand 6-8 a day
· Able to continually move around all areas of the store quickly and on a daily basis
