Position Summary:
As a Banquet Bartender at A’BULAE & Le VENERE, you are a key hospitality professional responsible for crafting and serving beverages, ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Beyond mixing drinks, bartenders manage bar operations, maintain cleanliness, and uphold legal and safety standards.
Previous bartending experience is required (at least 2 years).
Responsibilities include:
-Welcome patrons warmly, assess their preferences, and provide drink recommendations. Engage in friendly conversations to enhance the guest experience.
-Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes. Innovate by creating new cocktail recipes and presentations.
-Verify customer age to ensure legal drinking age compliance. Monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-serving and ensure guest safety.
-Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately. Balance the cash register and reconcile sales at the end of shifts.
-Keep the bar area, tools and equipment clean and organized. Alert management to any product shortages, or equipment issues that need to be addressed.
Competencies:
-Customer service: Friendly, professional, and guest‑focused demeanor.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
-Ability to stand for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, and reaching.
-Communication & teamwork: Able to coordinate seamlessly with other servers, kitchen, and event staff.
