- Zscaler Endpoint component (ZCC & PAC file)
- Zscaler Authentication Bridge (ZAB)
- Zscaler policy management
- Zscaler agent level issue resolutions
- Zscaler SASE (Advance Firewall, Sandboxing)
- Zscaler PAC file configuration
- Zscaler SASE implementation
- Design & implement the Zscaler & its component in the environment
- Providing support for Zscaler related issues
- Documenting the Zscaler related SOPs.
- Understand the Customer network setup & plan the Zscaler placement
- Zscaler Policy management
- Zscaler report generation
- Knowledge of Network & Endpoint Security concepts
- Self driven attitude
