Description -Manage front desk phone; Screen and directs calls, while taking any necessary messages and directing them accordingly.-Greets visitors entering the facility, ensures knowledge of site layout.-Call person and let him/her know their guest is here; ask if they would like a beverage.-Assist with various administrative requests from the team.-Mail: pick up packages, deliver mail and packages. Create and drop off FedEx shipments. Schedule courier pick-ups (street fleet).-Help book conference rooms, maintain conference rooms, and become knowledgeable about AV equipment in conference rooms. Reserve conference room.-Ask maintenance to look at something or schedule something/fix items.-Coordinate meals for meetings using various caterers.-Keep kitchen clean, and run dishwasher once a week. Restock refrigerators with beverages daily, order beverages bi weekly.-Manage and maintain lobby space. Ensure all space is clean and neat at all times.-Place requests for cleaning when needed. Manage the various electronic displays throughout the facility.-Office supply orders; paper/Xerox orders; restock supplies as needed.Requirements -Experience in a corporate setting -Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.-Good computer skills and proficient in the use of Outlook email and MS Office-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.-Superior customer service skills and orientation.-Collaborative style and ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations.-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, without direct supervision. -Learn and adopt ideas pursuant to site functions and needs.-Understand proper escalation paths and how to use them.-Flexibility in handling daily tasks. -Ability to change task priority levels when needed.
